Separate Equipment Service from the Cargo Decision

Give us the refrigeration unit’s make, model, serial number, hours, and exact alarms. Include the setpoint, operating mode, displayed temperature, and when the concern started. The trailer brand alone does not identify the refrigeration equipment. Temperature logs and door-opening history can help explain the operating conditions.

If a load is outside its requirements, coordinate with the party responsible for the cargo while arranging unit service. Restoring cooling does not establish that the product stayed within its limits. Confirm arrival arrangements and whether the trailer is loaded before planning the appointment.

  • Unit identification and alarm history
  • Setpoint, readings, and operating mode
  • Loaded status, access, and cargo contact
