Service Terms

Appointments and Scheduling

• Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Final costs may vary based on actual repairs needed
• Additional work requires customer approval
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Accounts past due may incur late fees
• A lien may be placed on vehicles for unpaid services

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Labor warranty: 90 days or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Parts warranty: As provided by manufacturer
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
• Warranty void if vehicle is serviced elsewhere for the same issue
• Customer responsible for towing charges for warranty work

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages
• Customer assumes responsibility for vehicle operation after service
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
• All repairs are performed at customer's risk

Vehicle Storage

Regarding vehicles left at our facility:

• Vehicles must be picked up within 30 days of service completion
• Storage fees may apply after 7 days
• We are not responsible for theft or damage while stored
• Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of according to state law

Website Usage

When using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not transmit malicious code or spam
• Respect intellectual property rights
